Do I need an appointment?

If you are purchasing a dress or reserving a tuxedo rental, you DO NOT need an appointment. To try on any of our rental dresses, we require that you have an appointment. Then we can guarantee a dressing room space and help from a stylist to determine availability for your event date, find a style and fit that you love, and measure for alterations if needed. 

What sizes do you carry?

In our rental inventory, we carry sizes 0 - 20 and have over 1000 gowns in stock. Through our boutique, you can purchase or special order dresses from size 00 - 30W. 

Do you ship rental dresses?

Rentals are limited to clients that we can meet in person at our showroom. We want to guarantee your satisfaction with a great fit, so we do not ship rental gowns. Non-local clients are welcome to shop our online boutique.   

Where are you located?

We are on the SOUTH bound feeder of I45, past The Olive Garden, behind McHugh Plastic Surgery. If you are having trouble finding us you can also turn off of the SOUTH bound feeder onto Oakridge, look for the big black gate on your left.

Does rental pricing vary from dress to dress?

Whether long, short, sequined or lace, any style or size designer gown in our rental inventory can be borrowed for the same price. A standard gown rental package costs $144.99 and includes the 3-day gown reservation with rental damage insurance fee, professional cleaning and the rental appointment fee ($15). If alterations are needed, it's an additional $10 - $35 depending on what's done.

Do you rent wedding dresses?

No, we do not carry anything considered bridal. Occasionally we are able to rent to “non-traditional” brides but we suggest that you come take a look at the white/ivory/cream selection before booking an appointment to see if it will fit your needs.

How long do I have at my rental appointment?

An appointment is booked for one hour. To best serve all of our customers we ask that you keep this timing in mind when you are shopping. If you are struggling to narrow down choices we suggest that you take a day or two to think about your selection before renting. We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice!

How long do you keep a rented gown?

Rentals are typically booked for three days. We will have you pick up the day before, attend your event, and the dress is due back the next day.

When do I pay for my rental?

Rental fees are paid in full at your appointment to reserve the dress or tux. Payment is needed to secure your reservation. We do not offer payment plans for rentals. 

Do you have Mother of the Bride dresses?

We carry a very wide range of styles in our rental inventory so it just depends on what you have in mind. You can also shop our online boutique for specific mother-of-the-bride styles.

Do you purchase gowns from individuals?

We do not purchased used gowns from individuals. All of our rental inventory is acquired new.
