Two very talented Couture House clients have started a new singing duo, Color Atura. Comprised of sisters Erica Lane and Ashley Lundquist, they are known for captivating audiences with their blend of sweeping ballads and elegant performances.
The sisters were discovered by Grammy winning producer, Bryan Lenox, whose credits include over 50 number one hits, having worked with artists like Elton John, Sheryl Crow, Michael Bolton, Winonna Judd, Bruce Springsteen and many more.
Color Atura plans to release its self-titled debut album this year. Produced by Lenox, it will include stunning arrangements of songs like “The Way You Look Tonight”, “Ave Maria”, “Jolene”, and “The Flower Duet”. Color Atura’s new version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” is also featured on the upcoming patriotic album “Believe In America” presented by US Wings. You can listen to this song and see a promotional video for the duo on their website: http://www.color-atura.com/
The sisters have southern roots, growing up in Crowell, a small town in northern Texas. Lane, a former Miss Houston, now lives in Nashville pursuing her career as a vocalist and songwriter. Lane’s music has been featured in films and television shows, and she’s spent the last five years touring the U.S., Canada, Ireland, England and Africa. Lundquist is a cum laude graduate of Sam Houston State University and currently resides in Sugarland working as a certified private music therapist.
Color Atura will be performing concerts in the upcoming months including one in Bay City, TX this July (find more info on their website). They also perform classical, celtic and classical pop music at Arts Festivals, Performing Arts Centers, private events, churches and theaters. Contact them through their website for booking information.
Couture House has had the pleasure of working with them multiple times for photoshoots and music videos. We wish them the best!
